How does Smart Route work?+
Set your starting point, max stops, and search radius, and FieldRep generates the most efficient multi-stop route across your leads for that day. You can filter by category or lead type before generating.
What is AI Prospect Discovery?+
FieldRep scans your territory for new leads that match your target criteria and adds them to your pipeline automatically, so you're not relying on a static list that runs dry.
Can I import my existing leads?+
Yes. Reach out to support with your list format (CSV works best) and we'll help get it into your account.
Is my pipeline data private?+
Your leads, routes, and visit history are tied to your account only and are not shared with other FieldRep users. See our privacy policy below for full details.
Which devices does FieldRep support?+
FieldRep is built for iPhone running iOS 16 or later. iPad support is on our roadmap.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone to modify or cancel at any time.
Something's not working — what should I do?+
Email us at david@clearswitchglass.com with a short description and, if possible, a screenshot. We read every message ourselves.

What we collect

FieldRep collects the account information you provide (name, email), the lead and route data you create or import while using the app, and standard device/usage data needed to keep the service running.

How we use it

  • To generate your optimized routes and surface new prospects
  • To power the AI Sales Coach with context about your pipeline
  • To provide account support when you contact us

What we don't do

We don't sell your lead or customer data to third parties. We don't share your pipeline with other FieldRep accounts.

Third-party services

FieldRep uses Google Maps for routing and mapping, and Anthropic's Claude for the AI Sales Coach feature. Data sent to these services is used only to provide those features within the app.

Data retention & deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing david@clearswitchglass.com.
